Network - Use Policy and Terms of Service
EuroAfricaCentral Network is an independent media organization. It
provides to people of all ages and interested groups. We will not link to
pages containing offensive, religious or political material. Our Aim:
Our policy is to provide access to sources of information, free exchange
of information and services via the Internet worldwide. Individuals,
organisations and firms are free to use WTC/EAC for distribution of lawful
and ethical material, except as limited by these rules. Rules of Conduct:
We expect all users of our site INCLUDING advertisers, and patients who
use our EMAFA Services to do so in a responsible manner, respect the
rights of others, and abide by all German/EU laws and regulations. These
include, but are not restricted to the following:
Users must use appropriate language and refrain from abuse, obscenities,
and must not use false identities, names or e-mail addresses. Users should
not post or distribute threatening, obscene, libellous, or defamatory
information and material protected by trade or official secrets
legislation. Users must respect material protected by law. They must not
infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
By completing your registration and accepting these Terms of Service, and
any amendments hereto, (this "Agreement") for the
EuroAfricaCentral Network Services (the "Service"), and upon our
acceptance of your registration by the activation of your username and
password, you will become a registered member of the Service ("Member")
and agree to be bound by this Agreement for as long as you continue to be
a Member. In this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to
each Member, and "we", "us" and "our" refer
collectively to EuroAfricaClub/EuroAfricaCentral Network, doing business
as EuroAfricaClub/EuroAfricaCentral Network. This Agreement explains our
obligations to you and your obligations to us in relation to the Service
and is entered into and performed in Hamburg, Germany. This agreement
shall be effective as at the date we activate your username and password (the
"Effective Date").
1. Registration and Membership
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Member of the
Service and use the EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network website (the
"Website"). You agree to: (a) provide certain true, current,
complete and accurate information about you as required by the application
process; and (b) maintain and update the information you provide to us
according to our modification procedures as needed to keep such
information current, complete and accurate. We rely on this information to
send you important information and notices regarding your account and our
Services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability
associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate account
information, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive
critical information about the Service or your account. You further agree
that we (ourselves or through third party service providers) are
authorized to verify such registration data.
To access or use the Services, or to modify your account information, you
may be required to establish a username and/or password. You authorize us
to process any and all account transactions initiated through the use of
your username and/or password. You are solely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your username and/or password and agree to
immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and/or
password. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any
unauthorized activities, charges and/or liabilities made through the use
of your username and/or password. In no event will we be liable for the
unauthorized use or misuse of your username or password. Membership in the
Service is void where prohibited.
2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect for the term of your
subscription to the Service. You may terminate your membership at any
time, for any reason in written form, by sending us a mail (Land or e-mail)
with all important data that will help +identify you and stating clearly
the reason for writing. Termination shall be effective on the last day of
the month if the termination is completed before 5:00 PM CET on the last
day of that month. If the termination is completed after 5:00 PM CET on
the last day of that month, the termination shall be effective on the last
day of the following month. We may terminate your membership for any
reason, at any time, effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail
address associated with your account.
Customers in the European Union also have the statutory right to withdraw
from the contract within 7 working days after the Effective Date of the
Agreement ("Withdrawal Period"), provided, however, that your
right to withdrawal immediately terminates if your first use of the
service occurs before the end of the Withdrawal Period. To withdraw from
the Agreement within the Withdrawal Period, send a termination
notification via e-mail to info@Euroafricacentral.com
which should clearly state your name, user name and address, reason for
writing and be postmarked within the Withdrawal Period.
3. Charges and Payment
You agree to pay the applicable fees, if any, for the Service as set forth
on the Website in accordance with the payment terms set forth thereon. By
registering and selecting your desired method of payment, Member grants
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network permission to collect the
applicable fees in the manner designated. Any renewal of your services
with us is subject to our then current terms and conditions, including,
but not limited to, payment of all applicable service fees at the time of
renewal. You acknowledge and agree that all fees due and paid hereunder
are non-refundable.
4. Member Conduct
By registering for the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) you are solely responsible for your conduct and interactions with
other members through the Service and that EuroAfricaClub/
EuroAfricaCentral Network shall have no liability to you or any
third-party for your conduct or the conduct of other members through the
Service;
(b) we may review and delete any messages, photos, videos, profiles, data,
or other information or materials you or other members may post to the
Service (collectively, "Content") that in our sole judgment
violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, abusive, or
that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other
members or people;
(c) by posting Content to the Service, except for personally identifiable
information contained in your account information, you hereby
automatically grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to
grant, to EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network an irrevocable,
perpetual, non-exclusive, sub licensable, fully paid, worldwide license to
use, copy, edit, perform, display, create derivative works of and
distribute such Content;
(d) You will not to post any Content that:
(i) is illegal, false, racist, discriminatory, misleading, harassing,
defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, libellous, hateful, or
promotes racism, bigotry, or physical harm of any kind or nature against
any group or individual;
(ii) impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise
misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
(iii) interferes or cause an interference with another member's use and
enjoyment of the Service or involves the transmission of surveys, contests,
junk mail, spam, chain letters, unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail or
files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software
or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
(iv) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or
images;
(v) exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or
solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18; or
(vi) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial
or unlawful purposes from other users.
(e) you will not to post to the Service any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior
written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights;
(f) you will not interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service,
or use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper
functioning of the Service; and
(g) you will not use the Service for any commercial purposes, or to
promote another service, site and/or business, or to solicit other Members
for any purpose.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Except as otherwise set forth herein, all right, title and interest in and
to all, (a) registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks and
logos; (b) patents, patent applications, and patentable ideas, inventions,
and/or improvements; (c) trade secrets, proprietary information, and
know-how; (d) all divisions, continuations, reissues, renewals, and
extensions thereof now existing or hereafter filed, issued, or acquired;
(e) registered and unregistered copyrights including, without limitation,
any forms, images, audiovisual displays, text, software and (f) all other
intellectual property, proprietary rights or other rights related to
intangible property which are used, developed, comprising, embodied in, or
practiced in connection with any of the Services ("EuroAfricaClub/
EuroAfricaCentral Network Intellectual Property Rights") are owned by
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network, its parent company, or its
licensors, and you agree to make no claim of interest in or ownership of
any such EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network Intellectual Property
Rights. You acknowledge that no title to the EuroAfricaClub/
EuroAfricaCentral Network Intellectual Property Rights is transferred to
you, and that you do not obtain any rights, express or implied, other than
the rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
6. Privacy
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network is committed to your privacy.
You acknowledge that EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network collects
and processes "personal information" (i.e. information that
could be used to contact you directly (without using the Site) such as
full name, postal address, phone number or e-mail address), "financial
information" (i.e. credit card numbers, bank account information or
passwords) or "demographic and usage information" (i.e.
information that you submit, or that we collect, that is neither personal
information nor financial information but necessary for the proper
functioning and billing of our service, such as date regarding the start
and end and the extend of your usage of the service), subject to the rest
of this paragraph in order to operate this site. We may pass on your
personal information to your mobile phone service provider to secure
collection of fees.
Further, we may pass on your information to governmental agencies,
including but not limited to courts and district attorneys' offices, for
legal proceedings and the prevention of crimes. Personal information
collected by EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network may be stored and
processed in any other country in which EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral
Network or its agents maintain facilities. By using the Service, you
consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. Your
personal, financial and demographic information will be deleted after
termination of your membership.
7. DISCLAIMERS
EuroAfricaCentral Network is not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate content or materials posted on the website in connection with
the service and is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or
offline, of any user of the website or member of the service.
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network assumes no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications.
EuroAfricaCentral Network is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems,
servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or
players, including injury or damage to members or to any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading
materials in connection with the service. Under no circumstances will
we be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or
death, resulting from anyone's use of the website or the service, any
content or materials posted on the website or transmitted to members, or
any interactions between users of the website, whether online or offline.
The website and the service are provided "as-is" and "as-available"
and EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network expressly disclaims any
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
and non-infringement. EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network cannot
guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the
website and/or the service.
8. Limited liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, you agree
that our entire liability to you or any third person, and your or any
third person's exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with
respect to the service(s) provided under this agreement and/or for any
breach of this agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such
service(s) during the term of this agreement, which amount shall in no
event, in respect to any one event or a series of two or more related
events, exceed £150. Under no circumstances shall
EuroAfricaCentral Network, its licensors and contractors (including any
third parties providing all or part of the services) be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages even if
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
EuroAfricaCentral Network shall have no liability to you, or any
third-party, arising from or in connection with the renewal of your
services, including, but not limited to, any failure or errors in renewing
the service. To the extent that a country (or state therein) does not
permit the exclusion or limitation of liability as set forth herein,
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network's liability is limited to the
extent permitted by law in such country (or state therein).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EuroAfricaCentral Network, its parent
company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners
and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand,
including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or
arising out of your (a) use of or membership in the Service in violation
of this Agreement; (b) breach of this Agreement; and (c) breach of your
representations and warranties set forth herein.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and your use of the Website and Service shall be governed
and construed in accordance with the laws Germany. You represent and
warrant that you accept that for any matters arising out of or pertaining
to this Agreement venue shall only be proper in courts and legal tribunals
located in in Germany.
11. Agreement to be Bound/Entire Agreement
By registering for an EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network service(s),
or by using the service(s) provided by EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral
Network under this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree
to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any
documents incorporated by reference. You agree that this Agreement
contains the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and
EuroAfricaClub/ EuroAfricaCentral Network regarding the use of the
Service.
12. Amendments
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO
CHANGE BY EuroAfricaCentral Network AT ANY TIME, WHICH CHANGES SHALL BE
EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING SUCH CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE. ANY USE OF THE SERVICE
AFTER SUCH POSTING SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES BY YOU.
13. Severability.
You agree that the terms of this Agreement are severable. If any term or
provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that
term or provision will not affect the remainder of this Agreement; this
Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make this
Agreement enforceable, valid, and to the maximum extent possible
consistent with applicable law, consistent with the original intentions of
the parties; and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full

Application
I. Orders, deliveries and other services performed by EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design are carried out solely on the basis of these
business conditions. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design does not
accept general terms and conditions of the customer in derogation of these
business conditions in whole or in part unless they have been expressly
confirmed in writing by EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design. These
business conditions are also exclusively applicable when EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design has notice of general terms and conditions of the
costumer and performs its services without reservations. They are
also valid for all future business relationships even if they are not
expressly agreed on.
II. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is
entitled to vary the content of this agreement on the consent of the
customer. The customer is to receive a notice of variation at the
e-mail address provided by it on registration. The consent to the
variation of the agreement is deemed granted unless the customer objects
to the variation within four weeks after the receipt of the notice of
variation.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is obligated to
point out to the customer the consequences of a failure to object to the
notice of variation. In the event of a timely objection by the customer,
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is entitled to terminate the
agreement from the time when the varied or additional business terms is to
become effective.
B. Domains
The different Top-Level-Domains are administered by several different
organisations. Each of these organisations has laid down different
conditions for registration and administration of Top-Level-Domains, the
associated Sub-Level Domains and approaches to disputes over domains.
While Top-Level-Domains are subject of the contract, supplementally the
corresponding contracting terms are applicable. As far as .de-Domains are
subject of the contract, DENIC-Domain conditions and DENIC-Domain
directives are applicable. C. contractual offer, concluding the contract,
taking delivery, expiring of the contract, settling of an account.
I. The agreement comes into force by countersignature
of the order of the costumer by EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design
or after carrying out the first service without a requirement of
notification to the customer. Variation of or additions to the
contract offer or these general terms and conditions made by the customer
are considered as a new offer.
II. If no party requires a formal acceptance or the
delivery date requested by a party is not meet due to circumstances caused
by the customer, the contractual service of EuroAfricaCentral Network -
Ezehweb Design is performed on the use by the customer.
III. Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum period of this agreement
is 12 months. On the expiry of minimum period this agreement is
automatically extended for an indefinite period. A contractual
relationship for an indefinite period may be terminated without cause by
either party by a notice of two weeks before the end of the month The
minimum period of additional domains is 12 months. Unless the additional
domain is terminated by notice given at least 2 weeks before the expiry of
the minimum period, the period is extended for a further year until the
agreement is timely terminated.
IV. The rights of both parties remain unaffected on a notice of
termination with cause. Cause exist for
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design when the customer especially
– fails to fulfil an obligation under these general terms and condition,
– defaults in payment by more than twenty calendar days,
– despite notice of a reasonable period, does not alter the interent
pages to comply with the stipulated requirements in these general terms
and conditions or
– breaches the contractual terms or directives.
Any notice of termination is required to be given in writing and
may be sent by facsimile.
On insolvency,despite notice of a reasonable period, Ezehweb is entitled
to shut down the web presence of the customer and to invoice the customer
for the service charges on reactivation.
V. The invoicing is effected in advance with an accounting period of three
months. If one party gives notice of termination within the accounting
period, a refund is effected of the previously paid amount.
VI. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is
entitled to dispose of the domain of the customer upon termination of
contract. On the disposal of the domain at the latest, all rights
of the customer arising on registration are cancelled.
D. Domains, Registration of Domain names,
Rights of third parties
I. For the obtainment or maintenance of the domain EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design is only acting as an agent in the relationship
between the customer and the respective organisation for the awarded
domain. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design has no influence
on the grant of the domain. It undertakes no guarantee that the
domain applied for by the customer is actually allocated to the customer,
or domains are free of third party rights or may be continuously held.
II. The customer guarantees that the domain name ordered by it does not
infringe rights of third parties. The customer is to
indemnify EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design, the respective
organisation for domain allocation and any other intermediaries related to
the registration for the compensation claims of third parties as well as
all expenses that are based on the unallowed use of a internet domain by
the customer or the approbation by the customer.
III. The customer is obligated to inform EuroAfricaCentral Network -
Ezehweb Design immediately about a possible loss to its domain.
E. Support. A claim for support only exists for technical questions
concerning the Joomla Content Management Systems. Support questions may be
effected by telephone, VOIP and e-mail.
F. Obligations of customer, contractual penalty clause
I. The customer is to ensure that all data provided by it are complete and
correct. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is
to be informed about changes in the data immediately or at the latest
within 14 days.
The customer is to exercise due care and diligence in the handling
of access data consisting of user name and password to prevent abuse. EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design is to be informed immediately as soon as the
customer becomes aware its access data has been accessible to a
unauthorised third party.
II. The customer is expressly obligated not to misuse the infrastructure
provided by EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design, including without
limitation, not to send or allow to be sent e-mails containing
advertisements without the expressed consent of the receivers (this
applies especially when the relevant e-mails contain large quantities of
the same content), and to unauthorised encroachment on third party
computer systems or the attempt (hacking, port scanning).
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is entitled to shut down
immediately the domain on the breach by the customer of the above
obligations.
III. The customer´s online presence including
non-animated banner, e-mail addresses and the subject matter of its
online shop may not contravene statutory prohibitions, breach morality or
infringe the legal right of third parties (trademark, name, copyright,
data privacy rights and so on.) The customer is especially obligated not
to provide or allow to be provided pornographic content and services for
realisation of profit that have pornographic or erotic content as the
subject.
The customer may not by its online presence be registered in search
engines as far as the customer infringes by the use of passwords on
registration morality and the rights of third parties. In
each case of a breach of the proceeding obligations undertook by the
customer EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is to receive a
contractual penalty amounting to EUR 5,025 (in words: five thousand and
twenty-five Euro).
IV. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is entitled to shut down
the domain name if this puts at risk the infrastructure.
V. The customer is obligated to configure its internet page and, if
a shop is the subject of the agreement, its internet shop so that a undue
load on the servers, including but not limited to, by CGI script, that
requires a high computing power or demands an above average working memory
is avoided. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design
may exclude access by the customer or third parties to pages that do not
satisfy the above requirements.
VI. EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is not obligated to check
the internet presence of the customer for possible breaches.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is entitled to shut down the
domain name on the discovery of breaches or contents that are not allowed
as above mentioned.
G. Liability
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is liable for damages caused
intentionally or by gross negligence to a maximum value of contract value.
Liability for personal injury and legal requirements remain
unaffected. Liability for all other damage especially indirect or
consequential damages and loss of profits is generally excluded. When a
preloaded Joomla Paket is the subject of the contract, an error free
operation cannot be guaranteed because of the open-source-character of the
software.
When the customer makes the access data of its packet
available to EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design, EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design is obligated to delete all data after completion
of the support. In the event that EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb
Design undertakes interference to the packet together with database on the
request of the customer, it is at the risk of the customer.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is not liable for any possible
damage.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is not be liable for damages
caused by relocating the server of the customer; this applies also when
the relocation is carried out by EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb
Design.
The customer is obligated to indemnify EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb
Design from all possible third party claims caused by illegal acts of
the customer or mistakes in the content of the information provided by it.
This applies especially to infringement of copyright, data privacy
and competition law.
H. Variation of agreement
Any alterations of, additions to or cancellations in whole or in part of
the agreement are to be given in writing as well as the alteration or
cancellation of the requirement to be in writing.
I. Data protection / Disclaimer
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design saves all data of the client in
electronic format for the duration of the agreement as this is necessary
for the fulfilment of the agreement especially accounting purposes.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is to provide the customer
on request at any time complete and free-of-charge information on the
status of the saved data insofar as it concerns the customer.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design may not transmit either the
data or the contents of private messages of the customer without its
consent to third parties. This applies insofar as EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design is not obligated to disclose such date to third
parties especially public regulators, or as far as internationally known
technical standards envisages this and the customer does not object. Despite
careful control of contents, EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design
assumes no liability for the contents of external links. The
operators of these linked pages are exclusively liable for the contents.
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design gives
express notice to the customer that the protection of data for data
transmissions in open networks as the internet may not be completely
guaranteed according the the current state-of-the-art. The customer
acknowledges that the provider may see from a technical perspective at any
time the pages saved on the web server and under the circumstances other
data of the customer found there. Further other users on the internet have
the technical ability under the circumstances to breach network security
and control the communication. For the security of the data transmitted
over the internet and saved on web pages of the customer, the customer
carries the entire risk.
J. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The exclusive venue for all disputes under this agreement is Hamburg. This
also applies when the customer is a trader, legal entity under public law
or separate estate, or has no domestic address for service. Furthermore
EuroAfricaCentral Network - Ezehweb Design is entitled to institute
proceedings against the customer in the jurisdiction of the customer.
For all agreements made on the basis of these general terms and conditions
of and for all claims of any kind whatsoever against EuroAfricaCentral
Network - Ezehweb Design, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is
applicable excepting the United Nations Convention On Contracts For The
International Sale Of Goods (CISG). The sit of court of Juridiction
is Hamburg.

Limitations:
EuroAfricaCentral Network has no direct influence on the institutions,
hospitals, clinics, embassies, the authorities or universities etc in

actions consciously or unconsciously caused by you in the course of your
stay in the host country. All insurances and travel costs must be covered
by the volunteer applicant. We cannot guarantee the success of your
volunteer application nor can we guarrantee the securing your visa/residence permits
in the respective countries in question. We will do our best through our
representatives in African countries to assist your humanitarian
volunteer venture . Our promise is that we will do all that is necessary to influence a positive decision on your behalf.

§2 Acceptance and cancellation of contract
EuroAfricaCentral Network accepts orders/registrations according to the
conditions published on this website and in particular only to the prices
given here. EuroAfricaCentral Network is entitled to cancel any orders/registrations
based on misprints and on account of errors made on this website.
Acceptance of membership by EuroAfricaCentral Network is fulfilled when we
receive your payment through PayPal or other EAC approved payment methods.
Please contact us if you have problems on how to send your payment and you
will be provided with alternative banking information.
§3 Shipping /Contact Method

schools or organizations outside Germany. Our promise is that we will do
that is necessary to influence a positive decision on your behalf.
§5 Changes/Amendments
From time to time, EuroAfricaCentral Network may make changes to these
Terms and users are obliged to read our terms and abide by them.

current Terms without prior notice.

Within two business days after we have received your payment we will create
a user account for you, which will give you access to the support services
on EuroAfricaCentral Network.com. Since support is not included in the
registration fee and takes place voluntarily a claim for access to the

forums or services upon violation of our rules.
